In Focus: Grade 1 Recognition Day

Another quarter of School Year 2020-2021 came to a close. To mark this end, a recognition day was held last March 29, 2021. On this day, the achievements of the students of the Elementary Department of Jubilee Christian Academy were celebrated.

Allow us to share with you what the recognition day was like for the Grade 1 students.

In 1- Jasmine, Ms. Joy Anne P. Palomar led the class in congratulating the academic honors and the deportment awardees.

The class listened to the words of encouragement by Jessamine Reign F. Chua, the class president.  In her speech, she thanked the parents, the teachers, and the school for helping them to adjust and cope with online learning.

These activities show that giving recognition is a powerful means of rewarding effort, saying thank you, providing a sense of belonging to something important, and encouraging positive performance among students.

Congratulations to all the awardees.
