JCA SHS Raises the Bar in AP Exam

This year’s AP Exam results had the highest percentage of JCA students who scored three or higher.

Despite the unique challenges brought by the pandemic, Jubilee Christian Academy (JCA) Senior High School (SHS) students raised the bar of excellence  in the Advanced Placement (AP) Online Examinations in May 2020.

The Advanced Placement (AP) is an international recognized program that includes a standardized assessment of knowledge and skills of rigorous, university-level curricula which are key elements of top university readiness.

The score distribution for an AP exam is 5 being the highest and 1 the lowest. The score represents the students’ international university level readiness. The data below show the mean score of Jubileans who took the exam for S.Y. 2019-2020.
